No Exchanges or Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, zahya does not offer exchanges or refunds. Each item is made to order, making it unique to you. This policy is in place because once an item has been customized to your specific sizes and preferences, it cannot be sold to another customer.
Return and Alteration Police
If there is a sewing error from our factory, the store will take responsibility for returning the product and making any necessary alterations or a new item to meet your requirements.
If the product and measurements match what you provided in our sizing chart and there is no evidence of a factory error, any alteration and delivery charges will be calculated according to our agreed terms in 24 hour of receiving order.

To help you make the best choice before placing your order, we offer detailed sizing guides in size chart sectionand are available to answer any questions regarding fit, materials, and care instructions. Agreement to Terms
By completing an order, you agree to our terms and policy, including our no exchanges or refunds policy and order can take 3-5 weeks excluding Fridays, Saturdays and shipping days. Any tax upon receipt shall be paid by the customer.This agreement helps ensure that our process is understood and accepted, allowing us to maintain the highest standards for our bespoke items.

نظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا المصممة خصيصًا، لا نقدم في متجرنا الاستبدال أو الاسترداد. حيث يتم تصنيع كل منتج حسب الطلب، مما يجعله فريدًا بالنسبة لك. تم وضع هذه السياسة لأنه بمجرد تخصيص منتج وفقًا لمقاساتك وتفضيلاتك المحددة، لا يمكن بيعه لعميل آخر.
سياسة الإرجاع والتعديل
في حالة وجود خطأ من جانب خياطة المصنع، يكون المتجر مسؤول بالتكفل عن إرجاع المنتج وتعديل القطعة أو تفصيل قطعة جديدة لتلبية متطلبات القطعة.
في حال تطابق المنتج والمقاسات مع ما قدمته في جدول المقاسات في الطلب، وعدم وجود أي دليل على وجود خطأ في المصنع، فسيتم احتساب تكاليف أي تعديل ورسوم توصيل وفقًا لشروطنا المتفق عليها خلال مدة ٢٤ ساعه من تاريخ استلام الطلب

الموافقة على الشروط
من خلال إكمال الطلب، فإنك توافق على شروطنا وسياساتنا، بما في ذلك سياسة عدم الاستبدال أو الاسترداد وأن الطلب يأخذ من اسبوعين الى خمس اسابيع بدون أيام الجمعة و السبت و أيام الشحن. و أن أي وجود للضريبة للجمارك عند الاستلام فتدفع من قبل الزبون. تساعد هذه الاتفاقية في ضمان فهم عمليتنا وقبولها، مما يسمح لنا بالحفاظ على أعلى المعايير لمنتجاتنا المصممة خصيصًا.
